If you need help with breastfeeding there are a lot of different options. If lactation help is included with your birth that’s amazing! In my experience with my first, issues didn’t pop up until we were home from the hospital and my milk was coming in. If that’s the case for you I recommend starting with free in person help. La Leche League and Baby Cafe are two great options to start with. They both have wonderful experts who know how to help and if the issues are beyond their reach, they know who to recommend for further assistance
