Who is Mama Maddie?

I am a mother of two. My first is almost 3 years old. He is a sweet, caring, wild child, little boy, who taught me what it meant to be a mom.

My second is almost 6 months. She is an easy going, precious, determined, little girl, who finds everything her brother does hilarious.

My husband and I met in high school. He FINALLY asked me out (okay fine, it was only 2 months but it felt like forever) and we started dating in 2015. We got married in 2019. He is a wonderful husband and father and I am so thankful to have him by my side!

Once we were expecting, we knew I was going to be a stay at home mom. At least until the kids were older (We had always planned on more than one).

I have always had a passion for sharing knowledge and helping other people out especially moms! (now that I am one and may or may not know what I’m doing)

I have started this website as a way to help other moms in this journey of motherhood to have somewhere to go, to get answers, ideas or stories.

My mom‘s friend asked me what nursing clothes and products I recommended and after I sent her probably close to 10 links, I realized I do have quite a bit of information to share.

So I started thinking about a website…

Well the same thing happened a handful more times. Someone would ask me for advice and I would give them way way way too much information. Like they might have blocked my number from information overload (they didn’t but hey I wouldn’t have blamed them).

I am just so passionate about helping people and giving them information! I don’t want people to make the same mistakes as me and I really want them to be happy to put on a bra because it just fits so well! I want them to find encouragement with podcasts that it took me way too long to hear about. I want each person who visits my website to take away something useful that makes their life better. Whether it’s a story that makes them feel less alone, a coffee mug recommendation that makes them smile, or a breast pad that keeps their shirt dry, I want to help!

So after blowing up multiple people’s phones, I decided it was time to make a website so all I have to do is send one link and everyone can see all the information and stories I have to share.

In this website you will find all sorts of things motherhood: stories, information, tips & tricks, recipes, product recommendations and hopefully some day discount codes!
